| hab schon viel schlechtes über das spiel gehört. besonders wurde nun bekannt gegeben, dass der dx10 modus komplett aus dem spiel genommen wurde, weil man damit nicht zufrieden war. also ein spiel in alter dx9 grafik. würde es ja auch antesten, aber wenns wirklich so schlecht ist, wie man in vielen foren lesen kann, dann würde ich die 50€ lieber für ein anderes game (mass effect) ausgeben. |

das spiel ist nicht ansatzweise in irgend einer art schlecht, das einzige was ich bissien schade finde das man nen guten rechner haben muss um es in voller pracht genießen zu können, ansonsten ist es extrem gut gemacht, sehr story verbunden also man kommt gut in alles rein. Das kampfsystem ist sehr sehr gut ausgedacht weil man da wirklich skill beweisen muss und nicht nur dumm eine taste drücken vor nem boss ^^ also ihr müsst euch das kampfsystem so vorstellen man kann 3 schläge von vorn, links, rechts. dann lernt man kombos da muss man in einer kombination die tasten drücken wie sie klein aufm bildschirm erscheinen dann das macht dann mehr schaden und ist halt effektiver. ansonsten muss man immer in der richtung des gegners stehen halt is ja klar. Also bis jetzt finde ich es sehr gut und macht viel spass, bin jetzt lvl 18 (80 gibts) das lvln ist sehr gut gestaltet weil die quests abwechslungsreich sind und was vorallem besser als in WoW ist, die questgeber und der text ist mit sprachausgabe auf deutsch also nix mit dummer leserrei !!!! 
also ich kann es nur empfehlen hab bis jetzt keine großen bugs entdeckt oder die so schlimm wären als wenn sich der kauf nicht lohnen würde.
achja dx10 ist als option anwählbar bzw ist es noch grau, aber sie haben gesagt das es kommen wird und darauf basiert auch. |

Hättest halt Def Krieger in WoW gespielt, da bist bei weit mehr als 2 Tasten wie bei castern

WRONG!
AoC is a blend of Guild wars and DDO, but without the fun. You are assailed with long load times, even when you enter a tavern. Hitches that cost you your life on PVP, and graphics that aen't that revolutionary and you need an SLI configuration to run 1280x1024 decently.
But it's not just the bugs, but the gameplay. I was in tech, open and closed Beta. And in the head start. Even adding friends into the mix left us all bored to tears. repetitive play style, uninteresting quest. And a combat system which can be masterd by button mashing. I mean seriously, my friend and I would just mash buttons in the end and still was victorious in battle.
he played a Necro that everytime he sent his pets in the MOBS would go directly to him, and attack. And then he also did more damage with his knife than he did with his ranged attack spells.
Now I know like all MMOs, that bugs and gameplay can be worked out down the road. But seriously, I don't need another Vanguard launch, or PAID beta experince. And even then, the state of the playstyle, will still be boringi unless they remove the massive instancing and give you an open world to actually explore. |

Which i think will happen in AoC is the team attacking will have a very hard time taking the city/keep since it is even sides.
The graphics are great in this game. But for me personally really awsome graphics dont mix well with a game that is suppose to be all about large scale pvp. Great graphics are good with a pve focused game, but when you have Alot of players all on screen hacking each other this can cause very bad performance, many players are just going to drop the settings to low just so they can get somewhat decent Frames. If funcom used a different art approach (doesnt necissarly have to be cartoony, could of used more like a DAoC style) they could of done away all the constant instancing due to performance and such and made a real great OPEN world pvp game.
The PVP server is a FFA and the main areas are a total gank fest which is not a suprise, you think getting camped in WOW is bad how about being constantly camped because there is no rezzing at your corpse you rez at a Rez point which people just camp because there is only a few per zone, and also when you die in PVP you lose exp and it takes atleast 3 player kills to get all that xp back from 1 death. FFA server is popular at first but that wont last, in a few months time the newer players will get tired of it and move on while the hardcore gankers sit there and just kill each other over and over.
This is a good time filler game if you have nothing better to do and want to try something new over the summer. THats what im hearing from alot of players. They are going to just play AoC some over the summer for something to do and move on to either the WOW exp or Warhammer.
AoC has potential to be a pretty solid MMO with some longevity, but i think unless they make some changes its just going to be another MMO fad that only lasts half a year or little more. |
Imo reiner Hype alles. Nach 3 Monaten spielt das wahrscheinlich keine Sau mehr, ähnlich wie bei Hellgate London. Auch diese Aktion mit der "Open" Beta spricht für sich. Erinnert mich sehr an die Southpark Folge wo Cartman seinen eigenen Vergnügungspark hat und alle nur rein wollen weil sie nicht dürfen.

genua wie hellgate london etc. Jedes Spiel was für sich beanspruched der neue Marktführer in einem Genre zu sein und den alten abzulösen ist doch kläglich gescheitert.

Diablo - HG, Sacred (lolz)
usw.
komischerweise spielt man Blizzard Spiele nun mal ueber jahre hinweg, während alle andere nen hype von 3 wochen verursachen und dann ist die CD nur noch Bierdeckel. |

jo du hast da schon recht meme. es gibt wenig games, die einen derart hohen wiederspielwert haben wir blizzard games. ehrlich gesagt fällt mir da spontan nur die hl / hl2 serie ein.
